Baywatch 1.0beta3

We have just released Baywatch 1.0beta3 with the following improvements:

- supports partial hours for the ebay time preference
- browser support for Safari, Firefox, OmniWeb, Internet Explorer
- Tiger ready
- minor bugfixes
